Thomas & Abby | Engagement Session | Georgetown, TX
A white sheet session has been on my dream session list for a while now, and these two made my dreams come true.
Thomas and Abby are the cutest pair, they let me know that they weren’t comfortable being in front of the camera. So of course, I brought wine but may have forgotten the wine opener *insert smack face emoji here. No worries though, I got a stick and a rock and made it happen. Once we had the wine poured, we were all feeling good. We played jazz music for their session because they listen to jazz when they make dinners together. Now they have opened my eyes to a whole new thing. Jazz music just gets you in the perfect mood to be feeling all lovey with your partner. Catch me playing jazz at all my sessions now.
Once they started to feel a little more at home with me, we made some magic in a beautiful flower-filled field. Even though they said they weren’t used to taking photos, they absolutely crushed it. I always think it’s funny when my couples tell me that because I know that they will kill it. I have such a laid-back approach to taking your photos, I instruct and then let you two be in your natural element. That is exactly how I get these amazing outcomes.
After a while, I asked Thomas and Abby if they would be down to get in the water that was nearby, and they said YES!! Once I got the okay for fun in the water, we packed up and headed to the water. After we made it over there, they splashed each other and shared many kisses in the water. These two are such troopers and went with whatever I wanted to do, I am soooo grateful for them.
They let me know post drying off that, they had the best time and the water was the perfect end to the session because they were hot. Abby also said that they had so much fun and are so happy that I will be capturing their day in September. I am PUMPED to see these two tie the knot because they are clearly perfect together.
